      Work environment is friendly and relaxed. It's upto the employees if they want to take up more and grow.

      Cons

      Not fast paced. Some of the technologies and processes used in test teams are old. Hikes are less.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
