Pros
It was a very good place to grow your professionalism by working globally. In the past, management was very supportive for individual growth. I would say it was the best employer for me (1 out of 3). Respect towards individual.
Cons
Very poor management nowadays. It's just one way communication. Employees are not seen as an asset. It is hardly seen that management is willing to invest on its own people nowadays. Poor (R&D) product quality control & product development management. Slow to react on the market/competition. Sometime, simple thing can be very complicated. Too bureaucratic. Too many managers, and less staffs who are really doing the real jobs. Out of scope job delegation coming from the top.
