Leave wise it's good, they provide whenever you want without questioning. Work is very good but you have to work like slave here with less pay and full of politics.

Nepotism company not good in hikes plus limited knowledge people who are staying like ages here doing politics with zero technical knowledge. If you want to grow. First start digging real talent. Same old people who are from start of there career, makes culture in office like school. And someone who don't have any knowledge start leading team. Feedbacks are not taken Promotion only to people who are in Nokia from there career start No hike, always they have problem with budget. Team bonding also from our pocket they want money. More and more work with very less salary. They won't raise ur salary
