      Notified is a solid company in a very interesting industry. Leadership here is exceptional, and have built a very strong culture and identity for our company through frequent and candid communication. We have tons of formal and informal recognition of contributions and accomplishments, which contributes to a highly engaged workforce.

      Cons

      A protracted period of remote work has been challenging for many, but I think we do a good job of intentionality when it comes to staying connected with one another.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
