Pros

Individuals are willing to help if you are struggling.

Cons

Onboarding was woeful, no clear instructions on what to do and when to do it. Managers have their favourites and offer no support to anyone else. BDR onboarding manager will throw you under the bus even if you express to him you want feedback to improve. No valuable skills are taught.

Pros

Some talented people to work for

Cons

Poor leadership, poor product, lack of autonomy in the US. Sales Ops rules this company, but don't have any experience to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad that you enjoyed the people that you directly worked for. You are correct that there is not autonomy in the US because we are a part of a global company that functions in 16 different countries including the US. We strive for global collaboration and consistency in all of our locations.

Pros

Made good friends. Good pubs near the office. Opportunity to go to industry events and to network.

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Very high turnover, regularly hiring and firing / quitting also. Micromanagement. Very little flexibility on wfh days. Ban dogs. Internal conflict on territories - too preoccupied on gate keeping their own territories that sales opportunities in these areas are being overlooked. North American management making decisions on UK and European market with minimal understanding of the market in these regions. Product gaps specific to certain markets, particularly the UK. Targets are based on the assumption that you can sell every product, though this is unlikely to happen due to product gaps. Focus on product updates that aren’t a priority - how many AI features can you implement before you decide to make a media monitoring platform that actually works in the UK? Minimal brand identity. The name is practically unheard of, and it won’t stick. “Notified” isn’t a name that people will remember. Doesn’t help that the sales team doesn’t know whether to call it Notified or GlobeNewswire when pitching to PR pros.
