      Good coworkers in Toronto office.

      Cons

      Unstable company with terrible upper management. Recently sold a portion of the company and had mass layoffs. They also outsource to India and Eastern Europe so to not hire Canadian workers . Upper Management talks about this place as the best place to work which is not remotely true. Steer clear of this company.

We are a global company with offices in 17 countries and have focused on reducing our outsourcing and contractors significantly in the past year - however, we often re-evaluate our hiring strategy to align in locations where we have additional team members or to support the local countries.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
