The salary was so low , but sooo low, that the only lower option would have been me paying them to be employed.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities make long-term planning difficult. Some strategic decisions are made very quickly and communicated late, which creates unnecessary pressure and firefighting. The company grows fast, but processes and stability sometimes lag behind. Leadership alignment across departments can be inconsistent.
