It was relatively smooth. They asked good questions, and I had a chance to state my side as well. Overall good interaction. They also were interested in how well I could integrate.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Notino (Brno) in Feb 2022
Interview
Had to do translation task for the position i was applying for. it was laid back and friendly. Everything went smoothly, we got throught the process in about an hour the i was introduced to the office
Interview process is pleasant and nicely streamlined. There are multiple rounds with different people with who you would eventually work with. Very open atmosphere, many questions related to different type of situation in workplace.
