The best thing I think is the Flex Time if more employers had this I think it will be less attendance issue..
Cons
.. It's bad when your manager of the department walks around she doesn't speak (she actually looks at you like you disguist her) She's hired 2 of friends with no experience and one of their daughters to our department and The 2 friends are now Techincal Assistants which is almost like being a supervisor..oh and please don't ask any questions or say your getting treated unfairly; All of the supervisor will get together and plot to get you fired under the managers direction.. The bad part about is its all out in the open she doesn't try to hide and Novitas Solutions love her for it...Because if they didn't ; this is not the first or 50th time someone has complained about this same manager but guess what she's still there @ the door waiting to show you just how much you disguist her and she getting ready to work you to deaf for this little bitty money...
