Management was horrible, punished for using pto if not scheduled, management a bunch of losers that act like high school kids, training is laughable you basically guess at how to do your job, system is ancient always crashing tons of bugs oh and speaking of bugs building constantly being sprayed for bed bugs, low morale, technical assistants think they're Gods and all of them are weirdos that don't want to help you even though it's their job, fire people all the time people quit all the time literally 30+ go over to rival companies in one day... Favoritism throughout the appeals department, people always watching you and running back to management to get brownie points, horrible horrible place to work would never go back even if paid more than the piece of crap paycheck you get that is eaten up by high premium insurance don't work here run run run they spread your personal business amongst the company just don't do it to yourself the management sucks ta's suck and they know less then you do each one has a different answer it's just all bad

Poor Management/Supervisors, favoritism. Mediocre training . Very stressful work enviroment. Retaliation against employees who stand up for themselves. High turnover rate. No career advancement.
