- Good colleagues, good culture. - Worklife balance

-Management has no foresight or planning -Seeks instant gratification and pushes teams to do more than what they are required to do - Stubborn and does not listen to advice, even with justification and numbers - Decisions made on emotional attachment rather that facts - Waste of resources (making certain teams do double work due to lack of planning/leadership) - Fairly authoritarian - Lacks communication even amongst senior leadership
