Pros

The office space can accommodate around 50 people and the pantry is well-stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. A nice touch is the weekly delivery of fruit cups. The work environment is friendly, with colleagues trying to support each other. Working from home is allowed but depends on the discretion of your reporting supervisor.

Cons

The company experiences a very high turnover rate, with employees frequently leaving or having their last day every other week. This reflects poorly on the company's management. While some account managers are understanding, others tend to be 'yes men' to their clients, often pressuring the creative team for quick turnarounds. The creative team is quite lean, with the number of account managers outnumbering them by nearly half. This imbalance significantly increases the workload for the creative team.
