      Fully remote environment with good communication.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, green leadership team, DEIB initiative is a complete farce. It's selective about who is "included" and who isn't...which defeats the entire purpose. The culture is cliquish and toxic and disorganized. RUN!!!

      Pros

      Noyo was by far my favorite place I ever worked. My schedule was flexible, I had unlimited paid time off, 100% company paid benefits, and an incredible manager with great teammates. Work life balance was exceptional.

      Cons

      - What was expected of me wasn't clearly outlined for me - I got laid off right before the holidays out of nowhere (along with several other employees) :(
