10yWe're really sorry to learn that you've had such a poor experience working at NuORDER. It's unclear if you are still working at NuORDER however if you are, we urge you to discuss your feelings with your manager or I would also love the opportunity to talk directly with you about this. We don't want anyone to feel that their workload is unmanageable & we will make it a priority to help you, if you let us.
Despite your comments we care very deeply about our team - including their job satisfaction, growth & long term success at NuORDER. This is why we are prioritizing and investing heavily in experienced Managers for every department. Everyone deserves a career path, a voice of reason & someone they can learn from. The good news is that we are nearly there.
We are also the first to put up our hand and say that we're not perfect. We don't believe anyone can (or should) be. However you can guarantee that we try hard to make improvements for the good of the team (which results in the success of the company) every single day. It's why we've grown so quickly & why we are where we are today. It has nothing to do with 1 (or a few) ppl's efforts. Everyone has made a huge difference and working together for the same cause and vision has accelerated the company's success. We are still working on providing better processes & communication across all the teams so that everyone has more visibility on the company's progress.
We do want to make a point to say that we have not posted one fake review...ever. The reviews are real - the good and the bad. We believe ppl can see right through that and it also doesn't allow us to see the progress we are making. We are not shying away from anything and if we can learn something each time, then each review is an opportunity for change.
That being said, in order for us to learn from your feedback, we would appreciate a 2 way discussion so that we can understand your scenario a little better as currently it's harder for us to know where the challenges & frustrations started.
