Pros
Great mission and values, organization leads in innovation in its field, provides opportunities for growth if you get yourself noticed, very generous paid time off compared to norms, decent salaries when compared to similar employers (although the sector overall is underpaid, that is not the fault of NuPath), upper leadership is usually very supportive if you are ambitious, organization challenges the status quo in order to provide continuously improved quality of services to clients, the majority of employees are very engaged in the mission and are very good-hearted people, some exceptional supervisors, inspiring co-workers, inspiring clients, the work challenges pre-conceived notions.
Cons
Inconsistency in quality of supervisors, minimal training provided to new supervisors, low diversity at the top levels although the organization is diverse at lower level positions, projects and changes are sometimes very slow moving or delayed, high turnover and burnout in some positions, performance appraisals and raises are often late.
