      Great Residential Program. Good programming in the homes, good supervisors and managers in residential programs who care about the quality of the program, and staff as well as appearances

      Staff involved in residential programs at all levels truly care about the individuals and staff.

      The leadership in this organization always stays attuned to the needs of their employees and, of course, the people we support. There is so much room for growth here.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I hear about and have seen a lot of mismanagement and poor quality of services in other agencies, so I feel fortunate to work at NuPath. I feel supported and invested in here.
