Pros

Additional personal benefits, saving club, did have stock options, and I DONT WORK THERE ANYMORE!

Cons

They have lowered their standards in family owned! Upper management changes and the compassionate family has retired! Business men whom have never worked selling and implementing all of the multiple tasks tests and expectations that they have put on two the ones making and selling those products who come in every day with a smile on their face do their job and 100% more! I left after giving a MONTH notice they require to get your 10 years worth of extraordinary service. NEVER MISSING A GOAL AND WALKED THAT STAGE every year!!! And then took me in a room accused me of something that I have coached people not doing and would not show me what they were talking about. Had no witnesses to this accusation wanted me to sit in a room by myself until they decided my future without even showing me what I had been accused of doing I refused I walked out with them. I don’t believe you’re allowed to keep somebody in a room by their selves, while you discuss their future I had given a notice got shingles worked every day never missing one went home early one day when all of them first and I was in excruciating pain and my bosses and coworkers never offered to come and let me leave. It was my team that I had hired I was in charge of they cared enough to come in ! And as soon as all the work of over 25,000 SKUs being took out and put in having shingles for two months and asking for help over and over being passed over for store after store when again, I walked to the stage every year for another million of sales the last year I worked for them my 10th year I walked that stage for superior cells And 2 million cells of a store that had failed over three managers before me. I succeeded I walked out. If you’re willing to play the game, not have a home life, and stress your heart then it’s the job for you! Five years ago it was the best job I’ve ever had then one after another, retired, or let’s say, asked to retire

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
