Pros

The couple of pros that i can think of after being with the company for a year now are the employee discounts and being able to make connections.

Cons

Other than the two pros i can think of, this company is not a good company to work for, the pay and benefits are hardly enough to even work for. Also god forbid your store starts going over on payroll, because they'll cut your hours down and you won't be able to live for a week or two. The management at almost every store i've seen is power hungry and feels as they should belittle anyone they don't personally like. On top of the bad management, if the issue grows to be a bigger problem and you call corporate hr, they will act like the situation isn't worth their time and won't do anything to help the situation. After a year of working for this company, it seems like corporate, and management could care less about their employees, When i first started with the company i started as part time for weekdays and sundays. After the end of the summer, the new management hired four new employees and obviously with them being full time, they all have to reach 40 hours. Take in mind, before they hired the new employees, my store was already over on payroll. After they hired the new people, they cut my hours down to at most 30 hours on a paycheck ( working only weekends). It has gotten to the point to where i cannot pay for insurance and gas to make it to work. I have tried to transfer to a different store and they consistently deny me transferring to a different store. Thi company has constantly screwed me over and now i cannot afford to live. I have zero benefits and they won't accept me as a full time employee. This company doesn't pay good whatsoever, mcdonalds pays better starting, and the constant rule changes and mistreatment is absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
