Cons
Old school company, (time and absence tracking, micromanagement...) Lack of management decision. Managerial skills are missing. HR basics skills does not exist. wrong people in the wrong place mainly for key operations managers. promotion and career development is based on loyalty to some boss. Career development and career path and PDS are just a decoration. Promotion and development are exponential only for Austrian.
