      Benefits are great if given the chance to use it.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership due to all the leaders being promoted because they are family. Most of the managers are brand new. The Palm Beach Gardens Office, was unorganized and did not promote growth opportunities.

      Needs juggling multiple jobs! A lot of travel involved. But great learning opportunities follow these.
