      Nothing this company is completely against Colored people the director is very fake and the supervisors are very MESSY and very unethical the case managers mess with attorneys so they can fund with the company oasis pay 14 a hour and will cheat you out of your money

      The company is based off "who you know " and who you are related to I am currently seeking employment because oasis is very unethical and racist the case managers get paid to do nothing call center is very messy and ghetto they also have roaches

      Job security and opportunities are high, provided you are in the right crowd.

      Cons

      The workplace atmosphere is toxic and cliquish. I regularly complained about issues with my commissions for two years, all of which fell on deaf ears. Eventually, I quit over this.
