      Pros

      Nothing this company is completely against Colored people the director is very fake and the supervisors are very MESSY and very unethical the case managers mess with attorneys so they can fund with the company oasis pay 14 a hour and will cheat you out of your money

      The company is based off "who you know " and who you are related to I am currently seeking employment because oasis is very unethical and racist the case managers get paid to do nothing call center is very messy and ghetto they also have roaches

      Pros

      I love the people I work beside! At Oasis I have the freedom to experiment and fail, and my boss still supports my actions. Every day is different and I get to interact with such a varied groups/people. It means I am always learning.

      The CALL CENTER DIRECTOR AND SUPERVISERS ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

      Some of the agents in the call center feel they are owed the WORLD since they have been her longer than others. They are racists and hate everyone. Do you job and stop complaining about everyone and everything.
