      Pros

      The team were great and felt like a family at times. Stock is fab. Company benefits like discount and events are unmatched.

      Cons

      Management was toxic at times and created a nasty environment with lack of motivation - not adhering to the 'work hard, play hard, be kind' values. Customers can be incredibly entitled, rude and expectant and company policies enable this.
