Pros
sorry, can't think of any, I'm just treading dirty water until something better comes up or they go under.
Cons
They're secretive, many times we've been warned about notifying customers of faults that could cause major problems for customers if found out, minor hardware to major software issues and its the employees who get the blame. They're deceptive, they tell you one thing and don't follow through on their commitments unless legal action is threatened. Since their inception they have gotten worse with employee's over investors. Also if your not part of HQ you get the scraps, New insurance this year, California (HQ) gets no change but everybody else loses 10% coverage from last year. The install teams keep hiring more people, but not because we have more work, but because of the stuff they're expected to do above what they were told they would do and people are quitting. Few promotions to upper management, they hire outside for most of those positions. Salaries are pretty close to what I was offered 10 years ago. They make you toe the line but are pretty loose in their interpretations of what's required by them. HR likes to tell you what the law is even though none of them are actual lawyers and we are a multi state and multi nation company, that's an awful lot of ground to cover.
