Pros
As an Articulate trainer for Omniplex Learning, I have a fantastic role of training Learning and Development professionals how to use Articulate 360, therefore I train a wide variety of clients globally on a weekly basis. Omniplex Learning is a great company to work for, the communication from the senior management is clear and informative even though the company has grown in size since I joined, this has not been affected. I always feel informed, especially about the journey ahead for the company. There are career prospects on the horizon as the company grows which is really exciting to be a part of, my manager is interested in my personal development and supports me on this journey too. I have joined a team of trainers who could not have been more welcoming, this also extends to other teams and members throughout the business. No question/query is ever too much and everyone is always happy to help. I am constantly learning throughout my day-to-day role and improving my skills, thus extending the courses I am able to deliver. I have even been creating content for a new course to be launched early in 2023. I am fully remote in this role which I love. I have a fantastic work life balance, but I never feel 'out of the loop' or isolated. I talk to my team every day and regularly visit the office or a central location and even travel to client sites for face-to-face training too. I have opportunities to attend and deliver workshops at customer events to represent the company and to enhance my networking opportunities. Even in my role a trainer, there is so much I can be involved in to expand my knowledge and opportunities, every day is varied. Overall, I am very happy and thankful to have the opportunity to work for Omniplex Learning!
