      Thank you for taking time to feedback on your experiences at Omobono. We welcome all constructive feedback from employees and former employees and I’d like to respond to the points you’ve raised. 2019 has actually seen us win some of the biggest contracts the company has ever been award – client relationships with SoftBank companies, workforce transformation projects, employer brand missions. The last few months have seen some really exciting changes at Omobono and we have radically increased the level of transparency within the company. Following some internal initiatives we have a level of honest conversation with our teams which I don’t believe many companies would be open to. We are taking active steps to build leadership skills across our teams and to ensure we hear the voice of the people who work at Omobono, giving them a clearer voice in how we improve the company.

      Pros

      This company is growing like crazy! There is so much room for internal growth, not only within the area you start in (project management, creative, etc) but also between areas if you want to try something new/have strengths that fit better elsewhere. The management team is very supportive in making sure you are happy and that you are reaching your full potential. Everyone supports each other to ensure no one is struggling on a project alone. Definitely a place you wanna be!

      Cons

      As a growing company (an exciting thing!) they dont have a clear onboarding process, which is a struggle for new employees. The office also needs some restructuring, as there is no clear receptionist to greet you as you walk in, making the office dynamic very confusing at first.
