There are no pros that outweigh the fact that they do not pay employees on time.
Cons
The company does not pay their employees on time. They owe employees who have resigned multiple paychecks that are over a month late. They owe employees who still work there multiple checks and expect them to work on time. Leadership does not have any information about when the pay will even come- not good leadership in my opinion. Not only that, but some people on the leadership team are rude to employees if they express their concerns about working with no pay.
