Fired for taking a call during lunch break - Payroll Analyst OnPay Employee Review

I was fired on my first day for taking a personal call during lunch. They called me on my way home to tell me they expected me to mingle with the team during lunch and because I was on the phone (while I was eating by the way), I am not a good fit and was told not to come back. I have no idea what I’m going to do.
