Pros

The office is beautiful. The pay is decent.

Cons

I was fired on my first day for taking a personal call during lunch. They called me on my way home to tell me they expected me to mingle with the team during lunch and because I was on the phone (while I was eating by the way), I am not a good fit and was told not to come back. I have no idea what I’m going to do.

Pros

Location, decent benefits, flexible work styles

Cons

Notice the pattern about leadership and gossipy HR in the reviews. Decent for an entry level position or right out of college. There isn't much room to grow unless you're close with the leadership team, extremely cliquey. Senior leadership doesn't seem receptive to investing in internal operations or solutions unless it adds to the bottom line. New product features seem to take precedence over improving how the actual base product functions.
