In my opinion, there's no pros.
Cons
Company is very micromanaged and has a toxic environment. They will make sure to drain you as much as they can, specially if you are an entry level recruiter. Benefit are horrible. If you dont have any other choice , I suggest to do your research before accepting the salary or apply elsewhere.
