      In my opinion, there's no pros.

      Cons

      Company is very micromanaged and has a toxic environment. They will make sure to drain you as much as they can, specially if you are an entry level recruiter. Benefit are horrible. If you dont have any other choice , I suggest to do your research before accepting the salary or apply elsewhere.

      It’s remote It’s salary so you can work your own hours

      Cons

      New management for the remote team would help On-site office managers do not communicate well and want you to do all the work since you work from home There is no growth in the company
