The people at onapsis are some of the best I have ever worked with—fun, smart, & hard-working. But upper management has serious issues, far beyond what a standard start up has. See cons for more.
Cons
The CEO of onapsis is an absolute tyrant, and nobody is safe from his wrath. If some of the things he’s said were ever publicized, it would be a Better.com situation 2.0. He plays his favorites & he ousts anyone who disagrees with him. It is well known among the employees that he is a force to be reckoned with—and not in a good way. Layoffs have been trickling in over the last year & I expect more will continue. Also ZERO diversity—literally not a single POC at onapsis.
