Cons
1) "Director of Possibilities". Honestly, I'm not even sure where to begin with this one. Everything is a PPT. Every.single.thing. I get PowerPoint is essentially an important tool to learn and to work with. Certain topics need a ppt to prove points, but here, you'll find yourself making even a 2 slide ppt which you can basically finish with a verbal communication or with simple notes. Oh, and also, you might even have to redo your 2 slide ppt if the director of possibilities doesn't idealize with your concept. 2) "Opinions are not appreciated". Save sometime and just keep them to yourself. Your opinions will just be heard because you're saying it but won't be acted on, let alone, even be considered. They will also make you sound like you don't know certain terminologies or concepts but in reality, If you fail to explain it in their expected fancy words, well, you're dumb. They will explain the same thing you said in just different wording. 3)"Timings". It is 10 am to 7 pm. Be ready to stay there beyond 7 pm FOR SURE. There’s probably just 1 or 2 who leave by 7 because of certain “circumstances” apparently. 4)"Pay". Irony is, they will deduct money from your salary if you take permission to come late or leave early for 2hrs, but, will not pay you if you do any overtime. 5)"Meetings". Lord help you if you're caught with the director of possibilities for a meeting because that will go on for hourssss. You will be in office 10 to 7 but the director of possibilities will only remember to speak with you at 6:50 pm, right before you're about be done with your day. 6) Communication ; Personal observation is that the team does not have communication amongst each other including director of possiblities and brand sensei and both will give you priority tasks which need to be done in an hour and if we take a minute extra then you are apparently dumb whiling away time. 7) Leaves ; Only 1 paid leave. No sick leave, nothing. Just 1 paid leave a month because we need to be dedicated to serving one mg
