      Pros

      The company offers a good working environment. Colleagues are very friendly. The management is highly supportive, making it feel more like a family than a typical workplace. They provide upskilling programs that help employees continuously improve their skills. Salary hikes are based on performance which motivates growth and development.

      Cons

      Currently salaries are processed by the 5th of each month; it would be even better if they could be credited by the 1st.

      Pros

      I have been with One mg for a year, and my experience has been positive. I have never been asked to work on Saturdays or Sundays, and after leaving the office, I don’t receive calls about work. The work-life balance here is excellent.

      Cons

      There are no cab facilities available.
