Training floor is quite relaxed, people there are good to work with, they do offer some help in trying to get the first 5, free drinks on friday after work. If you're good at sales and have a lot of people willing to put money in early on you can go really far in the company. Market analysts do give a constant information about any news worth paying attention to, and suggest this gets passed on to clients
Cons
If you don't want to use your close friends and family it may be hard to get clients because of bad review. It is commision only to start, so you are essentially losing money just by working there until you get your first 5, main floor is spent mostly on the phone, 'training floor' doesnt really offer a lot of training. staff turnover is extremely high, from firs day of training to third day on the floor most of the staff leave for one reason or another
