Goals for loans have increased dramatically in the last couple years. In same cases being more than double.
Constant pressure to hit and exceed targets. Constant emails, meetings, and talks with management about doing better, even if you are on track.
Very difficult to ever move up. There's only so many offices in an area.
Hourly pay rate barely changes, less than cost of living year to year and if you ever ask you're just told to sell more products if you want more money and shut down immediately. This is not a commission based job. You get very little from sales and only from a couple of specific products. These products also have a set price so you must sale a lot of them to really notice any difference in your pay.
Forced to solicit people you know will not be approved or were very recently declined. Wasting time and increasing the odds you get to deal with upset customers.
