      -Layoffs without warning -Delays and shady business practices surrounding merit based pay increases and promotions -C-suite hyperfocuses on small wins to celebrate and pretends like the company is performing well

      Pros

      The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

      Cons

      There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
