Overworked and underappreciated. Constantly have moving goal posts and even if you complete things before schedule, leadership will always find your work lacking. The performance reviews have limits, so only a percentage of people will be marked as exceeds expectations, even if it is a high performance team who is begging for encouragement. Leadership seems scared to get to know their employees as they never know when they might have to lay them off.
