OneTrust Response

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's disappointing to see that you had a negative experience on the Marketing team. OneTrust is on a journey to maturity while positioning ourselves for long-term success. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to achieve this success. This recent realignment is aimed at significantly enhancing our speed, responsiveness, and flexibility while best aligning with our core product strategy. The restructuring was carefully considered, and we repositioned many employees into new business units and roles to minimize the impact on our workforce. Unfortunately, some employees were affected, and we have supported them through this transition. While this transition brings change, it also presents immense opportunities. Our commitment to supporting our customers remains unwavering, and we are confident that we will continue to foster greater innovation, success, and sustained growth. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

Pros

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

Cons

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
