The office environment is a fantastic place to work. The open plan nature makes it great for communicating with the team. Free drinks fridge Table tennis table / dart board Good training and development - weekly training from the managers which is great to grow my understanding of PPC Supportive team that actually wants to help each other. Great growth atmosphere. It feels like a startup We all have the responsibility for our clients and the freedom to work how we want.
Cons
Working from home was really hard. With everyone out it was sometimes hard to get hold of people as often I needed them. This was a really hard time where I missed working with the rest of the guys. Now we're back things are so much better. There were several really negative and poisonous people when I started that have now thankfully gone. I think the negativity affected several people who left because they didn't like the atmosphere. Thankfully this all behind us and I am really happy that we’re on the right path. The onboarding when I joined was tricky. This could have been improved.
