Suggestions from employees are taken into consideration by providing you almost full ownership of your initiatives. Getting the possibility and the means for making a difference gives a boost of energy. For the real motivated ones: there are many chances for getting involved in operations / sales management. Good work and increasingly better skills get rewarded, which is excellent for professionals of high quality, with high ambitions.
Cons
A relatively small company, if compared to the Big Four, where time literally means money. At the other hand this is exactly what enables Onepoint to offer its great flexibility and people-oriented approach. Is this really a negative point?
