je ne vois aucun avantage, le salaire peut-être

Tout, le fonctionnement... ils vendent aux juniors le renouvellement de la période d'essai mais il n'en est rien. faut faire du réseautage si tu veux décrocher une mission sinon tu restes des mois en inter contrat et viré ensuite. la cerise sur le gâteau, les Référents qui ne servent à rien et qui au final décident que tu dois partir. ce droit de prendre une telle décision leurs donnent du pouvoir sur le consultant. puis suivi par la RH, tu te fais virer sans que les managers soient au courant. au final une ESN comme les autres....
