Pros

If you work in the Professional Services are as a Cloud Engineer, chances are you will work with smart people and do a lot of net new work. Satisfying and great opportunities to learn new technologies and open minded engineers will keep you from getting bored. Pay is good, but doesn't keep up over time. If you're not in Professional Services you're probably in Rackspace. Onica was acquired by them and they do not operate the same.

Cons

After the Rackspace acquisition a lot of talent left. The company is understaffed so they are working extra lean. If your team needs help and nobody is free, you're out of luck. Most of the people who left were Seniors, so there's a lot of inexperienced talent; some great, others still learning the ropes. Benefits are decent but outclassed by other companies.

Pros

There are a number of members of our team who can say they have 20+ years tenure with the company, which is a massive testament to the type of family culture we have here at Corpinfo. Prior to joining CorpInfo, I jumped around a few times after only a year or so in each respective role. However, the culture, upward mobility, and the fact that we are the nucleus of the current massive shift in technology, are all reasons I see myself with this company for quite some time. We have a very autonomous, "make it happen," mentality here so that each team member can grow and develop in his or her own manner. Management are fully supportive of new ideas, work styles, etc. making it easy to feel comfortable here. There is a reason our team has grown 12X over the last 2 years and a reason we will probably increase our team size by about 50% over the next 12 months. CorpInfo has proven itself in being able to adapt and flourish with technological changes through our 30+ year history and I'm ecstatic to be a part of this team.

Cons

No qualms here. Very happy.
