There’s a lot of uncertainty in management decisions. New leaders often come in with their own approach, leading to frequent shifts in direction. This inconsistency has impacted the work culture, ranging from minimal oversight to periods of heavy micromanagement. As a result, the overall joy of working here has diminished.
While there isn’t direct pressure to present a positive image, I personally fear that providing honest feedback—especially in things like the eNPS survey—could backfire. That makes it difficult to be fully transparent, even when feedback is intended to be constructive.
