Pros

Co-workers were wonderful, helpful. Pay is good. The supervisor that was training me was extremely nice and patient when I️ needed help with anything. It was a promising place to work but the director of billing and the CFO are two-faced and will be nice to your face then turn around and fire you on a moments notice for no reason.

Cons

I️ was still in training when I️ had the shock of being told I️ wasn’t a good fit. I️ got along with everyone, came in on time, did my work exactly as instructed, kept my opinions to myself, everyone was excited to have me on-board, managers told me I️ was doing a great job. Then was sat down and told I️ wasn’t a good fit and that this job wasn’t right for me and that they were letting me go with no reasoning behind their decision after being told what a great job I️ was doing. I️ didn’t even get a chance to even finish training and move to my new desk they provided for me. I️ also was snapped at during the time they fired me for interrupting my boss and that it wasn’t up for discussion then escorted me out of the building. My co-workers were completely shocked. No one saw it coming. To this day I️ still don’t know what went wrong and why I️ got fired. Watch out this company is two-faced.

Pros

Many of the people that work here on the customer relations side are all amazing. I loved working with all of my co-workers.

Cons

Management sucks. Everyone running Onix at the management level are completely rude and do not care about their employees. The owners are the same way and are not at all interested in making their employees and customers have a great experience. The pay is also terrible. It takes several years to get to a point where you can actually be comfortable with your pay. Absolutely no room to grow career wise.
