Chaotic and highly toxic workplace at times

1. Very high day rates and salaries that are above market 2. Can work from home without any supervision and accountability.

1. with an exception of a couple of them, the senior management team are incompetent and just in this place for their own financial interests, 2. Not an open and trustworthy or transparent organisation. 3. senior management team members can get away with doign what they want and walking all over the lower level people who actually do the work. 4. HR function is totally useless and a waste of space, they ignore any complaints raised to them and just do what the programme director and Trustee tell them to do, not impartial or trusted at all. 5. toxic place to work...they just want "yes" people and management get rid of anyone who challenges them or questions their integrity. 6. too many people in the organisation with many of them not having any work to do, way overstaffed which causes confusion. 7. complaints raised to management are ignored or covered up.
