      Pros

      I appreciate the independence and autonomy given to me to allow me to complete my assignments. But I also appreciate the team that supports me through my assignments and my manager who quickly answers any questions I have.

      Cons

      Stock options in the benefits package. I believe in the OPTEON team and vision for the company, and I wish there was an employee stock option opportunity.

      I enjoy the flexibility that my profession provides, as it allows me to work from home. The leaders are all approachable and friendly. We all seem to be striving for the same goal.
