Not much direction from managers, management quick to blame low level employees. No clear path for growth.

This person clearly doesn't read any internal correspondence or attend staff meetings. Not only do we have a mentor program, an optimal path to success with multiple trainings to guide our team members, but we have multiple layers of support above any staff level team member. We continue to win best place to work year over year with 90% positive responses and 75% retention as a firm. We are pretty sure we know who posted this and they have been recieving negative critique recently for poor performance and communication. Instead of holding onself accountable and utilizing the many firm resources, they play the victim. I'm sure this behavior won't change in their next position.
