      You get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      Love nepotism? Miss high school? Then this is the place for you! Nothing screams 'professionalism' like a husband/wife team as part of senior leadership. Way to shut down the original Irvine office only to pay people in Austin half the salary.. great culture! CEO is beyond clueless/would register a negative number for emotional intelligence. Bunch of self-important tryhards who love hearing their own voices. These other reviews are nothing but marketing propaganda.

      Autonomy over my output, great new hire milestone program that guarantees development conversations with my manager, monthly events that engage all employees, quarterly volunteering opportunities, hybrid office schedule, lunch stipend, snack program, Flexible PTO.

      Cons

      More structured career growth paths would be beneficial for long-term development.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy in how you manage your work and clients. Strong growth opportunities if you’re willing to put in the effort. Really great people, supportive and easy to work with. Fast-paced environment where you’re constantly learning.

      Cons

      Leadership can lean on instinct over data at times. Fast growth creates some ambiguity. Expectations aren’t always clearly defined.
