Benefits package is solid, but leadership is lacking - Regional Sales Manager Optimum Employee Review

Leadership is disingenuine about employee apprecation. CEo is a bafoon running the corporation into the ground and being rewared $700k bonus for positive cash flow bouyed up by laying off employees. Not sure how much longer they are to survive under the incompetence.
